To get to the Costanera Norte by bus, the lines that leave you near Av. Costanera Rafael Obligado, Aeroparque and the parks around them are the 33, 37, 45 and 160.
33: crosses the city and goes right past Aeroparque and the waterfront. 37: runs straight along the Costanera Norte. 45: useful coming from the north of the city, or as a connection from the Belgrano Norte train at Ciudad Universitaria. 160: covers a lot of the city and reaches the main stops on the coastal avenue directly.
By train: take the Belgrano Norte to Ciudad Universitaria and either walk or take the 45 for the last stretch to the coast.
